Corporate Digital Learning Professionals’ Network brings together leading corporate learning professionals and practitioners to share knowledge across company- and organizational borders in all digital learning related matters.
Established in 2013, ChangeLearning – Corporate Digital Learning Professionals’ Network is a knowledge sharing and competence development network for corporate training and HRD professionals. It is the first professional network in Europe with special focus on corporate digital learning. The network provides both online and onsite knowledge sharing activities in a range of digital learning related topics. In addition to online activities, discussions and events, the group members are provided with opportunities to attend face-to-face events, seminars, trainings and meetings.
The network was initially founded in Irish/Finnish partnership to support the uptake and development of e-learning in corporate sector. It was a result of an extensive study on the state of corporate e-learning executed by a team of Finnish and Irish pioneers in corporate learning design and development. Over the years, the network has transformed into a dynamic global digital learning initiative which brings together leading corporate learning professionals and practitioners to share knowledge across company- and organizational borders in all digital learning related matters.
Network Activities
The network welcomes its members to a range of activities and events every year. For example the following activities have been arranged annually:
LINKEDIN COMMUNITY
Daily interaction and discussions take place @ ChangeLearning LinkedIn Group . Join the group to collaborate with peers around the World!
INTERNATIONAL SEMINARS
A series of professional seminars and master classes will be arranged focusing on different themes around Corporate Digital Learning. Seminars will be arranged in Helsinki, Dublin, Brussels and Barcelona.
TRAINING PROGRAMS
Since digital learning has become an integral part of any company’s training strategy and provision, many of our corporate partners and associates have asked for training that would focus on digital learning design and development from the corporate perspective. To help companies advance in digital learning, we are designing training programs with our partners and associates for this purpose. Program info is available here.
ANNUAL MEETINGS
Annual meetings are informal sessions that allow corporate training professionals to meet each other and collaborate on themes they find relevant. We welcome all existing and new members. These sessions are free of charge.
