ChangeLearning Master Classes
In today’s workplaces digital learning has become business as usual. Particularly large enterprises are gaining substantial advantages by implementing more efficient and flexible digital training programs for their employees. Despite this, still the vast majority of European companies are struggling with digital learning uptake. This is particularly true with SMEs which make up 99% of European companies and generate over half of our national income.
ChangeLearning Master Classes are targeted to all interested in corporate learning or working in corporate learning. The aim is to establish understanding on the value of digital learning for companies and improve our understanding on how to make digital learning available for employees to achieve concrete benefits. Each session consist of a keynote and a couple of corporate case studies which share insights and experiences from successful digital learning implementations. Each case study is followed by a peer-learning session where participants engage in discussion around the given theme and learn from each other.
Master Classes are arranged in partnership with ChangeLearning Alliance and Open EdTech Meetups at xEdu.
